Site Operations Team Lead

 

About the role

 

The Commercial Site Operations team ensures our customer facing content is always relevant, customer friendly, on brand and in line with the various regulatory policies within the markets Kindred operates in.

 

You will be directing a team of skilled site administrators, supporting the country management teams, and collaborating with the customer campaign teams to help execute their market strategies effectively and across multiple channels. The Site Operations team consists of multi-lingual, talented Site Executives. This team creates, edits and publishes commercial content for all sites & apps within the Kindred portfolio, configures site elements on an ongoing basis, to always present commercially relevant content and actively monitors site performance and customer engagement using analytics tools

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Ensure site content, including our offering, is always relevant, of good quality and delivered at the right time and to the right user
  • Measure, review, and report on site performance & customer engagement
  • Build and maintain a knowledgebase detailing available site features across various brands & platforms
  • Keep a multi-channel focus across the team
  • Support local and global teams with content requests
  • Build a strong and knowledgeable team of Site Executives & manage the user permissions in our content management system for commercial
  • Provide input for content management system development and implementation making sure the solutions implemented are practical to use along with scalable to last

What have you done?

 

  • Expert level knowledge, hands-on experience and detailed understanding of content management systems is necessary
  • Familiar and comfortable working in a fast paced, agile development environment.
  • Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ideally an interest in gambling and good understanding of what drives our business
  • Analytical mind, skilled to continuously look at and benchmark competitors and new developments in the area to identify opportunities and fix shortcomings
  • Understanding of user experience best practices
  • Excellent organisation skills and empathy
