The role

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end Social Media campaigns management and reporting across a number of Kindred brands and markets. This will require from the ideal candidate a specialist-level degree of campaigns optimisation skills and experience across various social media platforms, including Meta, X, and Snapchat and a clear understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Work on a wide range of Social Media advertising platforms (Meta, X, Snapchat, etc.) to deliver best-in class, high-performing Social Media advertising campaigns designed for acquisition, retention and branding.
  • Setting up, managing, optimising and reporting on Social Media advertising campaigns across a range of markets and brands, to make sure Social Media becomes an important driver of acquisition by incrementing the customers database and value, as well as retention and branding campaigns, within the assigned market of responsibility.
  • Working closely with our analytics and tracking implementation team to enhance the existing reporting suite.
  • Interacting on a daily basis with local internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Supporting the Social Media content team to develop and execute an effective and compelling content strategy.
  • Regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse the competitors' ads and offers as well as the market-wide landscape to bring any useful insights to the stakeholders and wider team.
  • Keeping abreast of changing and developing advertising methods. 
  • Keep up to date the a/b test roadmap to make sure we're always thriving to optimising campaigns and performance.
  • Be open and eager to learn new approaches to tackle legislations blockers and competitors' activity.
  • Work closely with the Biddable team to improve the customer journey across all channels.

 

What have you done?

  • Strong level of English, both written and spoken is essential.
  • Circa one+ years previous experience working within Social media management role, either agency or client side.
  • Previous gaming experience not required, but preferable.
  • Sports knowledge is preferable.
  • Educated to a degree level.
  • Understanding of digital tracking, measurement and reporting tools.
  • Being well organised to manage ongoing projects.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability and organization skills paired with attention to details.
  • Good understanding of the metrics in online media buying (CPM, ROI, CPA, CPI etc.)
  • Great Excel and PTT skills.
