HR Operations Analyst

 

About the role

The HR function is undergoing a transformation to better support the rapidly changing needs of Kindred. Key objectives of this will be:

  • To be more strategic in the offering of HR services to the business
  • To get the basics right more consistently and build scalable function
  • To improve capability and capacity in the operating model to advise and support on OD&D projects
  • To provide more localised and connected HR support to local offices

The HR Operations Analyst – Tier 0 will focus on maximizing the output from our HRIS (Workday) by being a functional expert and through coordinating building a structured set of guides, policies and processes that enable Kindred's managers and employees to effectively find information, conduct activity and self-serve ultimately making their roles more efficient and streamlined.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the HR Operations Lead on the HR Tier 0 backlog
  • Configure and reconfigure Workday business processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders in and outside HR to understand new business needs, bottle necks and inefficient processes and develop solutions for them
  • Work with the HR Ops team and the Centers of Excellence to get new features developed and existing ones reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we have processes and documentation that are compliant and fit for purpose at all times
  • Analyze KPIs on efficiency of Tier 0 and make improvements where needed, using continuous improvement approach
  • Co-ordinate the development of policies, processes and guides
  • Creation of a HR ticketing system that supports easy requests for employees, as well as ongoing analysis and improvement of the ticket system post go-live
  • Provide guidance and coaching to wider HR team around Business Processes and other functionality in Workday

 What have you done?

  • HR generalist background within an international environment
  • Strong system understanding
  • Some hands on HRIS experience
  • Demonstrated working in a structured way
  • Worked to improve and design processes effectively
  • Able to learn new software packages quickly
  • Education to degree level (preferred)
