Lead Change Manager

 

About the role

 

Kindred is one of Europe's largest online gaming groups with 11 brands operating across multiple markets and in turn serving around 21m customers worldwide.  As a result of us reviewing our project capabilities, we've created a new position within the business to help define and implement a new approach to our project lifecycle functions, placing as much emphasis on our delivery capabilities as the change (people related) impact that the projects can have.

 

Our Project & Change Management team is now controlling the change within a project environment. The  Lead Change Manager will have a key role to play in promoting a Change Management culture in delivery.  As a Lead Change Manager, you'll be working very closely with the Head of Projects & Change Management to develop our change capabilities & also with the Change Manager to start acting on existing projects at the earliest. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Project & Change Management in building Kindred's change management capabilities alongside more traditional project delivery. 
  • Develop and embed appropriate standards for:
    • Overall governance for the change process and framework
    • Strategic change plans
    • Stakeholders engagement and management
    • Measuring Change impact
    • Ensuring Change readiness and appropriate measurement
    • Identifying learning development requirements and support for the project management team
  • Overall responsible for Change Management agenda across all ongoing and future projects
  • Build Change Management deliverables in to team OKRs.
  • Plan and execute effective engagement strategies
  • Help develop and agree benefit realization plan with Business Development and Portfolio Management teams

 

What have you done: 

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, particularly in a project delivery environment.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Ideally you'll have a professional qualification in Change or Project Management
