As a Product Manager for Sportsbook Experience is pivotal in executing the product roadmap in line with our group's product strategy and driving our short to medium-term objectives. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, focused on delivering innovative sports betting experiences, especially our in-play experience, to our customers. You must be proactive, an excellent communicator that can drive cross-team collaboration.  You must be a go-getter with great passion for a customer-led Sportsbook and truly understand customer behaviour and preferences is essential for creating successful frontend capabilities.

What You Will Do:

• Proactively drive the Sportsbook Experience roadmap, particularly focusing on enhancing the in-play experience, to ensure alignment with team objectives and the broader Kindred Company strategy.
• Lead the development and integration of the Sportsbook experience strategy, collaborating closely with other Product Managers and key stakeholders across the business. • Initiate agile and iterative development methodologies, emphasizing deliverables and key results to support the achievement of objectives.
• Employ a customer-centric approach to prioritize and manage the Sportsbook backlog in alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Foster excellent communication and coordination among product managers, UX designers, insight collectors, and engineers to deliver compelling product features and maintain cohesive efforts across the Sportsbook Experience. • Proactively gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and innovative solutions.
• Facilitate efficient and effective agile development processes, ensuring streamlined operations throughout the product lifecycle. • Contribute to long-term planning and vision-setting for the Sportsbook product line.
• Effectively manage and adapt to changing requirements and solutions.
• Assist in resolving conflicts within the team related to overlapping and competing priorities.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, leveraging innovation and technologies like automation and AI to enhance the product and customer experience. • Document key business processes for continuity and risk mitigation, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Sportsbook product team to sustain a competitive edge in the market.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity, proactively communicating insights to key stakeholders.

 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the sports betting industry
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and technology
  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
