The role

Kindred are looking for a People Systems Analyst with experience in Workday for a permanent position to support us with our future roadmap and some very key projects. You will have core responsibilities around configuration design and development of Workday HCM in partnership with the rest of the People Systems team.  Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing time, prioritizing assignments and working within deadlines. Support various implementation and improvement projects across modules and globe. You should have attention to detail, enjoy working with a distributed stakeholder group and the ability to manage your own workload to specific deadlines.

 

What you will do

  • Function as an expert for Workday administration – People transactions, business process configuration and design, including advising the People Team, managers and employees in the proper use of the system.
  • Knowledge of Workday security and Workday reporting to a functional level.
  • Work with Head of People Systems to support the coordination and drive automation of People Systems and process improvement and identify areas of improvement to ensure we are using the system effectively and suggest further system changes and enhancements as appropriate.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide and support efficient solutions.
  • Work with the People team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated projects and changes
  • Work with the People Systems team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes.
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases.
  • Support all functional aspects of Workday modules and day to day management and maintenance of this.

  • Delivery to the company roadmap
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant trainings and other compliance activities related to the role to support the delivery for sustainable and responsible growth
  • Acting in line with Kindred's values at all times.

 

Your experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in post go live environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday covering HCM, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Talent and Time Tracking
  • An inquisitive and challenging mind with an interest in questioning and improving the “as-is”
  • Ability to work under pressure and must have an understanding of HR functions
