About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our Commercial and Marketing Delivery team at Kindred. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and driving the successful delivery of commercial and marketing initiatives across our global and local teams. You will work closely with stakeholders from various business areas worldwide, ensuring alignment with Kindred's strategic objectives and delivering maximum value.

As part of this team, you bring energy, passion, and an agile mindset. You are hands-on and proactive in overcoming challenges, and your collaborative spirit ensures that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection, evaluation, and delivery of commercial and marketing initiatives, primarily from local marketing teams or the global marketing services function.
  • Manage and drive multiple projects, ensuring they align with Kindred's overall strategy.
  • Monitor project progress, report updates to stakeholders, and track project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business owners and other delivery functions to drive initiatives forward and meet key objectives.
  • Provide detailed breakdowns of potential costs, value, and benefits for each project.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a change leader, managing transitions and adaptations as part of the delivery process.
  • Advocate and embody Kindred's values in all aspects of your work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • A strong understanding and passion for the gambling industry, with specific insight into Kindred's Commercial and Marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver projects of varying size, complexity, and urgency, with a focus on maximizing value for the business.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate, negotiate, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Resilience, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude in managing project deliveries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills, capable of building cross-functional relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kindred's core products and a clear understanding of the company's commercial and marketing organization.
