We are looking for a Bonus and Reward Lead to drive new customer incentive programs across Kindred's global markets. This role will create reward strategies that capture attention, build excitement, and strengthen our brand at key customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has experience managing diverse brand portfolios and a proven ability to drive customer conversion and long-term loyalty. You'll need to think strategically, act creatively, and turn business needs into action, with a focus on building meaningful, localized connections.

What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and optimise acquisition bonus strategies tailored to key audience segments and focussed on commercial KPIs. These strategies will captivate the core customer groups, cultivate brand loyalty, and achieve sustainable value creation through effective use of Kindred's reward ecosystem. 

     

  • Collaborate closely with market and channel teams to run activity in line with overall business objectives and marketing activity, harnessing our localised brand and product mix to deliver compelling experiences for our target audience.

    Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimisation efforts. 

     

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conceptualise and implement innovative promotions, reward mechanics, and gamification elements that resonate with motivators of sports and gaming enthusiasts; building incremental point-of-difference and local relevance.

     

  • Product Development: Contribute to workstreams relating to the scoping, refinement and delivery of incremental features to the Kindred reward ecosystem.

     

  • Stay informed with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in reward program management, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and differentiate our offerings within the gaming space, circulating these within key team forums.

     

  • Ensure best in class compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines that ensure Kindred's success as a locally regulated operator.

 

Your experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams, with a focus on omnichannel digital marketing campaigns. Experience in highly regulated environments is a plus.

  • Expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including planning around key seasonal and commercial focal points, with a proactive approach to market saturation adjustments.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting behavioural and commercial data, extracting insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovative approaches to engage customers and encourage healthy early playthrough habits.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and dynamic priorities across different geolocations and time zones.

  • Proficiency with industry-leading digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytical tools.

  • A commitment to fostering a growth culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sports and iGaming community, while appreciating team members' interests and passions.
