Website Executive - International Markets

 

About the role

 

As a website marketing executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the Kindred website portfolio in the English speaking international markets. A main responsibility will be building a weekly promotions calendar and uploading promotions to ensure that the right offers are uploaded and removed at the right time.

 

You will play an important role in ensuring strong collaboration with the Customer Support team by communicating promotions in advance so that customer requests are dealt with correctly and at the right times.

 

What you will do?

 

  • On-going site maintenance
  • Work closely with the Campaign Operations team to create, update and drive promotions
  • Manage and write local promotions including: market-wide onsite messages, push messages, prize draws
  • Pick winners and update leader boards
  • Manage promotional banners for all brands and lobbies
  • Highlight important sport events for the market
  • Develop the site content strategy in line with country marketing targets
  • Work with the Country Base Manager (CBM), Product teams and Brand teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Optimisation team to increase site traffic, engagement and ARPU
  • Lead collaboration with regional teams to align on methodology, systems and reuse of content across the global organisation
  • Drive collaboration with Social Media and other internal teams with dependent processes
  • Work closely with the User Experience team to ensure optimum performance of all content
  • Develop capabilities to experiment regionally and share your learnings globally
  • Help to resolve CRM-related Customer Support issues

What you have done?

 

  • Knowledge of HTML and content management systems
  • A keen focus on brand awareness, copywriting and an interest in sports
  • Ability to define a tone of voice and tailor it to regional audiences and platforms
  • Proven ability to create effective onsite messaging for campaigns and emails
  • Experience with website analysis to drive innovation
  • Robust communication skills at all levels
