Key Responsibilities:

Manage vulnerability assessments and ensure comprehensive coverage and accuracy of scans across the organisation's infrastructure.
Analyse scan results to identify security weaknesses, misconfigurations, and potential threats.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise vulnerabilities based on risk severity and potential impact on the organisation.
Monitor security alerts and advisories from various sources to stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Stay up to date with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's vulnerability management processes.
Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements related to vulnerability management processes and reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience in vulnerability management, security assessments, or related information security roles.
In-depth knowledge of common vulnerabilities and exposure (CVE) databases, vulnerability scanning tools like Tenable, and frameworks like CIS, DISA STIG.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize security risks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with PCI-DSS is preferred.
