As the UX Researcher, you'll help create industry leading experiences across all our channels. The UX department play a crucial role in driving a customer-first approach,  challenging the status quo and championing innovation at every opportunity.


As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with design and development teams. You will test designs and concepts with customers. You will strive to understand customer needs and motivations. Your work will touch all our brands and markets and bring the customer to life within the design process.

What you will do 


  • Design hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behaviour and attitudes.
  • Generate insights that fuel ideation, evaluate designs and understand customer behaviour.
  • Work closely with product, commercial and experience teams to define and conduct impactful research.
  • Collaborate with other research teams to synthesis insights from data, CX, brand and marketing teams.
  • Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods
  • Communicate results and illustrate recommendations in compelling and creative ways.
  • Evangelise the processes and value of user testing and encourage hands on engagement from colleagues.


About you


  • Bachelor or Master's in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in applied product research
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of a broad set of qualitative and user-centered design methods
  • Basic working understanding of quantitative and statistical concepts (sample size, margin of error etc)
  • Confident and persuasive oral and written communication skills working with both qual and quant data
  • Ability to work with others in a consultative capacity, including excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships
  • Although not required, it is an advantage if you can demonstrate: experience working within agile design and development teams and/or fluency in a second language
