UX Research Analyst



The role

Are you passionate about data analysis and customer experience? Do you want to help create evidence led experience design? You'll be working with data gathered through our Customer Service teams, helping our product teams to understand why customers need support. You will also collaborate with other internal teams to create and present reports that illustrate customer pain points using a wide variety of data sources.


What you will do

  • Support the Lead UX Research Analyst to investigate data from our Customer Service teams to understand customer pain points across all of Kindred's brands and markets.
  • Synthesize and communicate insights derived from data that help drive improvements to customer experience.
  • Collaborate with a variety of data and insight teams in order to bring the customer pain points to life for our design, product and business teams.
  • Additionally, you will get an opportunity to work closely with the Customer Service teams to ensure the quality of information captured through Kindred Customer Service centres.


Your experience

  • Experience/knowledge of the gaming or customer services industry helpful but not essential.
  • Excellent proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Proficient in mathematics, statistics and statistical programming languages.
  • University degree in mathematics, statistics and/or any related maths/science field.
  • Very detail oriented - able to make sense of patterns using complex data sets.
  • Able to translate detailed and complex data sets into impactful data visualisations.
  • Customer centric - able to bring to life customer experience through data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
