The role

Would you enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, working alongside Business & Tech stakeholders with the delivery of new Third-party Software & Services?

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise IT team, within the Tech Business Delivery function. As a delivery manager at Kindred, you will have direct relationships with people from different business areas all over the world. You will be supporting our Business Owners with projects relating to the implementation of new Third-party Software & Services, from Pre-project to Release, and providing guidance and support throughout the entire project.

We seek someone with impeccable communication skills, a broad set of technical skills and an understanding of IT compliance risks and how these can relate to software implementations (Data Privacy/GDPR, information security etc).

In this role, you will become a master of connecting the dots between knowledge, ideas and best practices. Seeing the big picture and how everything fits together will be the key to succeeding in this position.

 

What You Will Do

  • Manage and support the delivery of new Third-party Software & Services alongside our Business stakeholders.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders on assessing delivery scope and requirements, from a technical, compliance, and business perspective.
  • Ensure all necessary compliance & technical risks are mitigated within the implementation project.
  • Support in the discovery, evaluation and onboarding of new third-party information software & services.
  • Proactively work on developing and improving our practices, and current working processes.
  • Report on progress to relevant stakeholders, technical or otherwise, to ensure clear communication and a commitment to deliveries.
  • Be an ambassador for the Kindred values by embodying it in all of your work.

 

Your Experience

  • Delivery coordination experience, preferably within Tech.
  • Effective communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge or experience within the acquisition or implementation of SaaS & On-premise solutions.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical information and clearly document it with a level of detail appropriate for the audience

  • A broad technical background.
  • Driven, with a can-do attitude.
  • Good understanding of Technical organisational structures and ways of working including development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Great stakeholder communication and presentation skills – Able to coordinate and negotiate so all parties feel a fair division.
  • Excellent social skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to drive and coordinate multiple deliveries using a business mindset, always driving for value for Kindred.

 

Merits

  • Experience working with Information Security or Data Protection is merited, but not essential.
  • Experience working with Third-party Software & Service integrations is merited, but not essential.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA & Confluence) is merited, but not essential.
