Tech Business Delivery Manager



The role


As a Technical Business Delivery Manager you will be part of the Tech Business Delivery team providing project and change management in an agile environment. We work closely with all stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and timely delivery for all prioritised Tech initiatives. In the team we all have technical backgrounds and love working with the tech teams. 

We are looking for a person with a great grasp of both technical organization with a lean approach, and also project delivery, preferably within the gambling or tech industry. You will be eager to take ownership of and develop our ways of working in a lean approach.

What you will do


  • Collect, evaluate, monitor, track and drive prioritised Technical initiatives until they are delivered – sometimes as a project manager and sometimes alongside other delivery representative(s)
  • Report on progress to relevant stakeholders in an adapted and appropriate manner, to ensure information flows in an efficient and adequate manner
  • Provide necessary information from initiatives to help optimising portfolio prioritisation – including relevant (adjacent) information available in other departments and teams
  • Ensure all Technical initiatives are aligned with the overall Kindred strategy, as well as the departmental ditto (across markets/brands) - driven with a business mind-set from collection to delivery
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand functional strategy and strategic direction, partnering together to achieve business outcome with maximum value
  • Manage complexity, mitigate risks, and solve issues within initiatives on behalf of the Technical owner
  • Manage change as part of delivery to ensure a smooth transition to the future state of the initiative

Your experience


  • Experience/interest in driving and more importantly delivering technical projects
  • Experience from working in an Agile Tech organisation 
  • Strong drive, resilience, and assertiveness in a delivery context
  • Great stakeholder communication and presentation skills – ability to coordinate, negotiate, and delegate work in an effective way
  • Ability to understand the connection between ambiguous and complex requirements, as well as communicate these in an understandable way to different types of recipients.
  • Excellent social skills and ability to build cross functional relationships
  • Ability to drive and coordinate multiple projects using a business mind-set, with the ultimate purpose to delivery maximum value for Kindred.
