Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

As Kindred's Talent Acquisition Lead for the UK you will take responsibility for managing a small team tasked with delivering end to end recruitment services to support Kindred's UK growth targets.  This role will remain hands on and focused on supporting global initiatives in conjunction with peers in Talent Acquisition and playing a key role in our local HR team. The Kindred UK office houses a variety of disciplines, from corporate functions to commercial, with the scope of this role covering everything outside of the Technology area.


What will you be doing?

  • Managing one Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Hands on hiring responsibility  with a focus on senior hiring in the UK
  • Responsible for co-ordinating the execution of a local employer branding plan in line with the global employer branding strategy
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate and line manager experience
  • Supporting your own client group of managers with recruitment 
  • Working closely with local HR and centre of excellence professionals to co-ordinate a first class local service
  • Working closely with other Talent Acquisition teams and HR teams to co-ordinate and deliver global projects and initiatives

What have you done?

  • Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and are respected as a  recruitment subject matter expert
  • Shown a passion for delivery in growing businesses
  • Ideally worked in house and led inhouse teams or you have experience working as a senior within in house teams, looking for a step up to management
  • Demonstrated an extensive knowledge of sourcing and marketing for a mix of roles/disciplines
  • Demonstrated evidence of recruiting for values and culture fit
  • Delivered on agreed initiatives and projects on time regularly
  • Shown the ability to see the wider view of HR and the wider strategic aims of a business
