As Streaming and Content Manager, you will be key to developing the roadmap for streaming and sports data and the continued development of our streaming and content portfolio to enhance the entertainment to our players. You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver an agreed roadmap. As the main business owner for this area, you will work with our procurement team to find the optimal content strategy, budget, and utilize opportunities we have. You will also ensure that deliveries and SLA are meet in accordance to expectations and manage the relationship with key partners.

What you will do


  • Develop our Streaming, Data and content vision & strategy for all our markets and Sportsbook brands in line with our Product strategy.
  • Define initiatives, business requirements and road map for Streaming and Content in collaboration with stakeholders across the business and ensure its implemented.
  • Manage the licensed streaming content; maintaining and updating lists of content rights and work with Commercial teams to position our content to customers.
  • Evaluate and forecasting streaming rights that are offered by suppliers and other opportunities.
  • Account manage relationships with all streaming and content suppliers, to ensure that we maximize our partnerships
  • In collaboration with Procurement, negotiate with suppliers and optimize our deals related to streaming and content from a global perspective.
  • Work with suppliers and operational teams to fix any streaming related issues or bugs.
  • Communicate new features and changes to the portfolio to internal teams (product, marketing, commercial, content)
  • Manage overall SLA of content and coordinate with finance and procurement to deliver against core KPIs and budget and ensuring cost optimisation.  
  • Analyze player behaviour through KPIs and collaborate with insight teams, business development, UX and tech teams to find areas of improvements and optimize our content.
  • Supports and collaborate with commercial teams in their positioning around Live streaming and to ensure best content selection.
  • Define and drive exclusive local content acquisition strategy, through creation of strong central support processes and collaborate with Local Markets to ensure the most interesting local content is secured and delivered in an optimal way
  • Ensure all streaming & content that we offer our customers are compliant, in line with local market regulations and supplier terms.
  • Proactively collaborate and align with the Product Marketing upcoming promotional road map and activity.Keep up to date with industry trends, best practice and competitor innovations to ensure that we deliver the best products and player experience and share knowledge internally.

Your experience


  • Significant experience of broadcasting/streaming and content rights, distribution and commercial usage
  • An understanding of streaming & content trends and how to apply this to Sports gaming products.
  • Proven track record in negotiating larger commercial deals.
  • Strong supplier management/account management skills, with an ability to manage SLA's and maximise partnerships
  • App first mentality and experience
  • Analytical, with proven track record of data led decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can do attitude and positive mindset
  • A self-starter and an ability to work independently.
  • Use of Jira and Confluence is a nice to have but not essential.
  • Fluent verbal and written English is essential
