As a Senior Payment Operations Analyst, you will support Payment Operations and Player Sustainability in ensuring the day-to-day operations, coordinating and assigning team tasks and JIRAS. You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting more junior members of the team to resolve customer payment issues. The role will also work closely with the CS Planning team to support the training of the Customer Service team on our Payment processes.
