About the role

As Paid Social Media Advertising Team Lead you will be responsible for helping Kindred Group meet designated growth targets by designing, setting and implementing a world-class Paid Social Media customer acquisition strategy. You will be leading a team of in-house specialists and work alongside great teams of Digital Advertising experts within the Biddable Media department, to develop and identify cross-channel opportunities within the digital advertising space.

 

Extensive experience in customer acquisition through Paid Social Media advertising is essential, as you will be setting the Paid Social Media advertising strategy for all markets and brands within Kindred Group but also recommend best-in-class optimization techniques to your team, to ensure that acquisition targets are met.

 

Reporting into the Head of Biddable Media, this role is a perfect fit for a resilient digital advertising leader who would like to actively contribute to setting a successful digital marketing strategy and manage an in-house team of experts, without losing their hands-on approach to Paid Social Media campaigns' optimizations. 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Design, set and implement the Paid Social Media Advertising strategy for all Kindred products, markets and brands, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth via customer acquisition through Paid Social Media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Reddit;
  • Work towards reaching and exceeding customer acquisition targets for Paid Social Media channel;
  • Budgeting, forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders on a regular basis;
  • Lead and coach a team of in-house specialists (direct reports), sharing best practices and learnings internally;
  • Work closely with local teams to set Paid Social strategy and targets by market;
  • Managing the relationship with a wide range of stakeholders, including app developers, to make sure Paid Social Media pixels and SDKs are fully implemented and working;
  • Troubleshooting Paid Social Media technical queries and representing the channel in any strategic meeting
  • Optimize current process workflows within the Paid Social Media team to improve the allocation of resources;
  • Collaborate with the Content Team for any cross-department project involving Organic and Paid Social Media
  • Keeping abreast with the latest updates and trends in the Digital Advertising space 

 

What have you done?

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is essential;
  • Track record of 5+ successful years working within Paid Social Media and managing a team, either agency or client side, preferably dealing with customer acquisition and app advertising
  • Educated to a degree level is preferred
