Senior Paid Social Contractor

About the role

The Paid Social team are part of the wider Biddable Media team at Kindred. We are an internal media planning, buying and account management arm, servicing the paid social requirements for Unibet, Vlad Cazino and Maria Casino across multiple international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy, implementation and performance of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat to meet performance targets and KPIs
  • Plan and run A/B tests, analyse results and identify levels for growth and performance
  • Create weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports together with bespoke analysis and recommendations
  • Contribute and create informative presentations, PCA's, QBR's; helping shape overall market direction
  • Collaborate closely with CRM to ensure performance marketing activity is tightly aligned across key trading peaks
  • Contribute to the smooth running of vendor and media owner relationships – running the weekly status', organising workshops and sharing knowledge with your assigned local market stakeholders



  • Extensive knowledge of paid social; experienced working across multiple paid social channels in a fast-moving environment
  • 3 – 5 Years' professional experience in Biddable media either agency or client side
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working on a direct response; ecommerce; sportsbook or casino brand within the paid social space
  • Highly numerate and used to working with data. You will be an advanced Excel user; capable of turning complex data into actionable insights and visually polished reports and presentations
  • Experienced building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • A good knowledge of the sporting landscape and an interest in working within the sports betting and gaming industry
  • A pro-active problem solver, who looks for solutions and constantly strives to bring new ideas and ways of working to the team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast placed, matrix organisation
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred
  • Experience working with Apps Flyer, Power BI and Tealium advantageous
