Senior Casino Marketing Manager



The role

You will be responsible for the delivery of local Casino marketing strategies across the markets in the Region to maximise the revenue potential by acquiring, retaining and growing the customer base. As a Casino Marketing Manager you will take global ownership of marketing strategy around key launches in the event calendar. 


What you will do

  • While working in matrix team across the regions, own and develop marketing strategies for key global launches and events across all markets
  • Feed in local requirements to product planning process to improve customer experience across all markets within the region
  • Develop global, cross-brand Casino messaging and cross-channel marketing and sales collaterals (product sheets, presentations, web showcases, video briefs etc.) and ensure localization where possible
  • Understand the Casino customer base, identify opportunities and develop global strategies
  • Ensure objective driven marketing activities throughout the planning process
  • Oversee the rollout and marketing of new product feature launches and ensure they are localized wherever possible
  • Be the local voice of the customer in the product planning process – work with the Casino team to define and improve customer product experience from local perspective
  • Continuously collect and analyse data to understand the customer base, their profile and motivations within the Casino product and ensure it is communicated to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage global positioning and promoting of all key Casino game launches
  • Define the headline Casino marketing programme calendar in collaboration with the Games providers marketing teams and Marketing programmes team and support the Programmes team in efficient delivery
  • Mentor and coach the Casino Marketing Managers to ensure high motivation and quality output in their day to day work

Your experience

  • Capability to engage and motivate colleagues and team members
  • Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimise
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Product Marketing role with keen interest in Casino product
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate
  • Strong communications and stakeholder management
  • Excellent content knowledge and campaign experience
