About the role

 A Senior Analyst is now required to work within Kindred Group's Analytics team. 

The Analytics team use large volumes of data from range of sources to understand our customers’ playing behaviour, their interests and motivations, the effectiveness of our marketing spend and much more.

At Kindred Group we put a lot of value on data and it's ability to drive insights based decision throughout the business. 

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Use data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, improve customer experience and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with key stake-holders to understand business goals and identify analysis projects that support these goals.
  • Communicate findings of analysis throughout the business.
  • Manage and deliver full cycle analysis, from designing, agreeing objectives up to presentation of results and follow-through.
  • Support and mentor other analysts, drawing on experience to recommend suitable analytics techniques.

 

What have you done?

 

  • Proven experience of data analysis in a high data volume business.
  • A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions.
  • Experience of R programming language (including RMarkdown, Shiny and other R packages).
  • Experience of SAS Programming Language
  • Understanding of multivariate and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Understanding of building segmentations and associated marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of data warehouse structures with big data platform exposure a plus. 
  • Able to bring insights to life with effective data visualisation and compelling presentation skills.
  • Liaised with senior stakeholders to turn non-technical business requirements into clear analytics briefs.
  • Degree preferred in computer science, statistics, economics or other math/science related field
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an advantage.
