Risk and Payments Team Lead (USA)

The Role 

The Risk and Payments Team Lead will serve as the first escalation point for fraud, payment and customer related issues and will be hands on in supporting our quality control efforts while motivating team members. They will provide fraud analysts with daily objectives, delegate tasks and foster a collaborative environment by welcoming new ideas. 

What you will do 

  • Oversee day to day operations on the Fraud Team 
  • Collaborate in the development of SOPs and workflows 
  • Motivate Team members 
  • Escalate issues to Player Sustainability Operations Manager 
  • Serve as a liaison with leaders in customer service, AML and RG 
  • Fraud Reporting (Fraud Forms, Suspicious Activity Reporting) 
  • Identify new fraud trends 
  • Conduct training sessions with newly hired fraud analysts to ensure smooth integration to the Player Sustainability Team 
  • Deliver feedback to fraud analysts with a focus on quality control and consistency 
  • Constantly embrace the team objectives and work on your personalized goals on a quarterly basis. 
  • In the absence of the Player Sustainability Operations Manager, serve in a leadership capacity and ensure all operational and compliance requirements are adhered to. 

Your experience 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial sector, online gaming or other relevant capacity.  
  • Leadership Experience (leading peers and/or functions) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills 
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills 
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel 
  • Positive Attitude
