Reward Insight Team Lead

 

 

The role

You will lead, develop and motivate a newly created team within Bonus & Reward Strategy, responsible for Informing strategic decisions relating to Kindred's reward performance and competitive positioning with relevant and timely data-evidenced insight. Your key objective will be to help inform, shape & challenge strategic decisions relating to Kindred's reward performance & spend with relevant and timely data-evidenced customer insight

 

What you will do

  • Working in partnership with key stakeholders such as CX, Data & CAN teams to solve reporting requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement through insights derived by data.
  • Shape business requirements and performance measurement, and challenging existing ways of working to enable positive change.
  • Collaborate with Reward Strategy team leads, to identify opportunities to increase their efficiency and effectiveness of rewards through the better use of data and information.
  • Work closely with the other members of the Data & Experience team to define project solutions that fit within the organisation's strategic aims.
  • Developing meaningful insights so that Bonus and reward strategy meet Groups financial targets and deliver best customer experience
  • Provide necessary information to relevant stakeholders about their bonus spend at any time and its split by various categories
  • Work closely with CX & UX to enable the voice of customer to positively shape our reward strategies
  • Manage relationship with BI teams; Help to build suite of reward reports to increase visibility & data discovery around the business.
  • Working with Tech team; Responsible for ensuring all reward data is standardised, accurate & timely.
  • Align commercial & financial reporting, ensuring spend is clear & visible.
  • Working with Analytics teams; development clear measurement guidelines for all our reward spend.
  • Work with Reward Strategy team to define Success KPI's.

Your experience

  • Direct experience of leading business improvement informed by insights derived from data.
  • Strategic and creative thinker that understands techniques, tools and approaches for analysing and deriving insight from both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
  • Able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritise and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure
  • A highly motivated and proactive individual putting customer in a heart of everything they do
  • Confident in their understanding of business practice/stakeholder management and will easily get people on board with your ideas through a persuasive yet collaborative approach.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics and performance optimization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment with various teams
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Data focused, and ROI driven with strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in using tools to communicate with Data sources. E.g. SQL, R, SAS & Excel
