About the role


Kindred Group is one of Europe's largest online gaming businesses with 11 brands, spanning 19 markets and serving over 21 million customers.  


Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Reward Analyst will play a key role in delivering the processes necessary to pay bonuses and award salary increases to employees. There is great scope to shape processes across the business to operate the bonus and to contribute to the development of associated systems when a new HR Information System is introduced in 2019.


What will you be doing?


  • Control and deliver the operation of the processes necessary to pay bonuses (quarterly and annually) and review salaries (annually). Ensure they are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal errors.
  • Conduct Reward research/data analysis, both internal and external (including benchmark studies), and present the results clearly and creatively, to help HR and line managers reach balanced, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions.
  • Develop, maintain and run reward reports to meet statutory and internal reporting requirements. Analyse and prepare the data necessary to comply with statutory reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap reporting in the UK.
  • Manage the UK salary/benefits survey data submission process. Own the relationships with UK vendors, ensuring that timely and accurate data is provided to them, so that the Reward team and HRBPs have ongoing access to data 
  • Provide support and advice to HRBPs and other HR colleagues
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for reward data, to aid decision-making and process management.
  • Undertake Reward projects from time to time, as required.


What have you done?


  • Experience of working as an analyst in an HR/Reward team and of delivering the processes necessary to calculate and award bonuses, and salary reviews.
  • Able to define and communicate to managers and HR colleagues the processes, rules and systems to be used to award bonuses and salary increases.
  • Experience of working with salary and employee benefits surveys, and of submitting data to the providers.    
  • Highly competent in the use of Excel and of working confidently with large volumes of employee data.
  • Strong numerical skills and highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret trends and issues.
  • Ability to work with and analyse large sets of data, from a variety of sources. Able to identify trends and patterns, and to reach conclusions through analysis of same. Able to present data, trends and issues persuasively, graphically or in writing.
