Programmatic Lead

The role

 

As programmatic lead within the Programmatic team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing and reporting on campaigns within the assigned markets, to meet designated targets. You will also assist the Programmatic Team Manager in defining and implementing a world class digital advertising strategy through programmatic display activities and help to mentor the junior team members.

 

Programmatic is a focus area for Kindred, and will grow to become one of our biggest digital channels in 2019. As such we are looking for a person to build the programmatic expertise within the team and contribute to the healthy growth targets.

 

What you will do

 

  • Programmatic campaign management across various Kindred products and markets
  • Set up, managing, optimise and report on the performance of campaigns in the designated markets of responsibility
  • Focus towards set KPIs (New Customers, Revenue, Cost Per Acquisition) and optimizing towards them
  • Interact on a daily basis with local internal stakeholders, such as Country Managers, local Digital Marketing Managers and other teams within and beyond digital advertising
  • Interact on a regular basis with external partners
  • Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation, looking for opportunities to improve processes and insights;
  • Regularly report on the performance to the main stakeholders (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly), including Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Assist the wider Biddable & Media team in meeting and overachieving quarterly and yearly targets
  • Keep abreast of any industry developments in technology
  • Interact with stakeholders within the company, such as local teams, other teams within and beyond digital advertising
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous education.
  • Assist Programmatic team manager in developing Programmatic strategies for 5 different Kindred brands across 14 markets (with more brands and markets likely to be added)

 

Your experience

 

  • Circa one to three years' experience in display advertising ideally previously working for a Media Agency or DSP
  • At least one year hands-on experience in programmatic across multiple DSPs
  • Thorough understanding of how RTB/programmatic trading works – trading, analytics, PMP, networks, media research, tracking and technical integrations
  • Great English language skills – both written and spoken
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ideally have experience in Gaming / iGaming industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of developments across the digital industry
