The role

As a Product Owner for Safer Gambling, you will be working with a talented development team and responsible for executing on our product vision, roadmap and relevant metrics in the Safer Gambling area.

Please note, this role is Stockholm based only.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and compliance teams and help build industry leading solutions in the Safer Gambling area 
• Deliver high quality and high impact products, in close collaboration with product peers, engineering leadership and business stakeholders 
• Help build a sense of purpose around player protection for the development teams. Define the short and long term product vision. Ensure the development teams understand the priority and value of what they are working on and are motivated to build optimal solutions  
• Monitor product KPIs and drive improvement opportunities through data led insights 
• Define business and technical requirements, which are then translated into workable epics and user stories  
• Identify and manage cross team dependencies to prevent impediments and strengthen collaboration 
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide all stages of the delivery process 
• Ensure product adherence to compliance standards together with stakeholders  

Your experience

• Proactive person who has the passion for solving problems, relies on data driven business insights to produce value. An excellent communicator with prior experience managing a variety of stakeholders. Is willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and can collaborate effectively with the teams.  
• Previous work experience as a Product Owner 
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment  
• A solid track record of addressing customer needs through the use of technology 
• Experience working with web and app applications is a plus 
• Must thrive in a quick moving, demanding environment 
• Self-directed, self-motivated, take initiative, resourceful, and welcome new challenges 
• Experience from working in the online gambling industry is an advantage
