Product Manager

 

 

The role

In this role you will be expected to manage and drive the product strategy for your products. This includes stakeholder management, business analysis and being the driving force for your prioritized initiatives towards the development organization.

 

What you will do

  • Analyze your area and on-going developments within the industry, advising the business on prospective opportunities regarding customer journey.
  • Be the company authority on your products, maintain full documentations and ensure monitoring of your products.
  • Document improvements needed, liaise with different stakeholders and take their feedback in order to prioritize and implement the best solutions
  • Translate business requirements into solutions by defining impact, cost and ROI for every improvement to help prioritize these requirements
  • Support company projects affecting your area
  • Maintain clear internal and external communication related to your product
  • Work closely with Experience department, Project managers and Business owners to ensure consistent delivery
  • Ensure product adherence to compliance restrictions together with stakeholders
  • Work closely with operational business units to determine Back Office improvements related to your products

 

How will success be measured in this role

  • Relevant Customer experience metrics for your product
  • Regular performance reviews with your line manager
  • Acting in line with Kindred Group values

 

Your experience

  • Background within Product management or similar
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Knowledge of technical development and agile methodologies
  • Work experience from an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Drive, can-do attitude and a “get stuff done” kind of person
  • Experience in working close to both commercial functions and tech/developers
  • Great at stakeholder communication and good negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Gaming industry, especially Responsible gaming is a plus
