People Services Analyst

About the role

 

Human Resources at Kindred is changing. 

We are in the process of transforming HR in support of a company wide transformation and to develop a scalable, customer centric, HR delivery model.

People Services is a new team which is a key part of HR. Our aim is to provide the business and wider HR team with efficient, professional and friendly service.

The team will work closely with the HR team, especially the local HR Services Partners in our four main locations: Gibraltar, Malta, London and Stockholm. The scope of this role will change in conjunction with the growth and increasing maturity of the HR Operating Model and presents a great opportunity to be a part of and shape Kindred's journey to a World Class HR Service model.

 

What will you be doing?

During the initial transition period there will be a focus on project work, bringing the transactional activities into the People Services hub and supporting the People Services Manager to develop the model. We are also implementing a new cloud based, market leading HR system which will be the foundation of the work carried out by the People Services team. You will be greatly involved in this exciting project.

As the team is established and moves into BAU, the typical responsibilities will include:

  • Tier 1 HR support for Kindred colleagues
  • Query and data management
  • Report production
  • Right to Work checks
  • Onboarding
  • Document production
  • Global payroll preparation

 

What have you done?

  • You have worked in an HR Administration role and have a good understanding of HR operational tasks and processes.
  • You may also have experience of payroll processes.
  • You have a customer service focus and understand the importance of providing an excellent Employee Experience
  • You may have worked with project management methodology
  • You are “tech savvy”, being comfortable with MS Office, working with HR Systems and quick to learn new ones.
  • You have been able to develop excellent organization and prioritization skills in previous roles and have proven your great attention to detail.
  • While you take a structured approach to your work tasks, you have an agile mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are used to working in English and build great relationships no matter if your colleagues share an office with you or if they are based on the other side of the world.
  • You are able to travel to our other European Kindred offices from time to time.
