About the role


As Paid Social Advertising Team Manager you will be responsible for implementing a world class digital advertising strategy through our Paid Social Advertising activities. You will manage a team of specialist and work with people who have great knowledge when it comes to digital advertising. You will be able to offer your insight and implement according to best practices in media as well as in iGaming business.


You'll be able to demonstrate your knowledge in the areas of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other platforms of Social Advertising as well as tie in Kindred's business needs with our Paid Social Advertising strategy. 



What will you be doing?


  • Enhance the performance and build on the current Paid Social Advertising set-up, create a clear team structure and succession plans for development of the activities and team.
  • Develop Paid Social Advertising strategies for different brands and markets 
  • Work with head of departments, country managers and marketing managers to grow revenue and achieve digital (Paid Social Advertising) targets
  • Oversee the reporting and analysis across the Paid Social Advertising offering to deliver better ROI
  • Have the ability to optimise campaigns, analyse the statistics and to educate paid social advertising executives on the best performing areas across the brands
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate how social advertising activities drive business needs
  • Own the technical radar of tools for Paid Social Advertising 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence team to leverage technology platforms, tools and web analytics to drive campaign efficiency and performance
  • Work closely with other on-demand channels like PPC, Mobile and Programmatic to leverage channel synergies in a competitive landscape
  • Align work with the inhouse content marketing team
  • Handle budgeting in Facebook, Twitter and – with good communication
  • Ability to leverage new social advertising platforms


What have you done?


  • Proven experience in Paid Social Advertising management and ideally team management.
  • Proven experience in leading complex and effective campaigns through any social media advertising platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Effective written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of how Social Media Advertising platforms work –analytics, audience research, tracking, bid optimization and technical integrations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of developments across the digital industry


What you might have done:

  • Led a team previously
  • Digital Marketing degree/qualification preferred
