Operational Intelligence Specialist

 

 

The role

As an Operational Intelligence Specialist you will support management and Operations teams in providing bespoke analysis, statistics and reports while ensuring operational tasks are handled in a timely manner and of high quality. 

What you will do

  • Produce and analyse KPIs. Based on your findings, produce accurate reports and recommendations to improve our ways of working
  • Provide context to statistics in a way that is easily understood by management along with the various operational teams
  • Maintain an information and feedback flow with Operations teams
  • Manage payments disputes to mitigate losses by contesting effectively and producing valuable analysis and feedback for frontline Player Sustainability teams
  • Be in contact with payment providers and other financial institutions to verify and control different types of transactions
  • Deal with requests from the police, regulators and other authorities to support their investigations
  • Support Site Security teams with account compromise investigations and processes
  • Undertake project work to improve our ways of working and support Operational teams
  • Other necessary requirements, including dealing with customers and record-keeping, as well as other tasks set out by management

Your experience

  • Effective team player who is dedicated to the success of the team and the department as a whole
  • Have an eye for detail and an analytical way of approaching problems
  • Ability to clearly communicate information to stakeholders in an individual or group setting
  • Ability to plan and execute projects as part of a team with a wide range of tasks
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Have a genuine desire to learn
  • Resilience and Agility to work under pressure and adapt seamlessly to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of data analysis tools and SQL will be a plus
