Marketing Manager Romania

 

 

The role

The Marketing Manager supports the creative output for advertising and other application of the brand, along with associated media planning and execution. He/she drives the brands overall marketing activities with focus on ATL&BTL strategy and media for the market. This is multibrand role and you'll be working across our Kindred brands in Romania (Unibet and Vlad Cazino). 

 

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the country leadership team and own the brands strategy for the market with focus on ATL&BTL media. 
  • Work closely with the creative & local media teams both internally and externally and act as first point of contact for the market and assist in the contractual work required to onboard such suppliers, tracking implementation and troubleshooting. 
  • Liaise closely with local team, key internal stakeholders to support and drive marketing campaigns and ensure the delivery of same. 
  • Manage and optimise our agency relationships and end product output. 
  • Align central and local strategies to ensure local delivery of the agreed strategy. 
  • Provide post campaign reporting to internal stakeholders and management. 
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly and work closely with internal key stakeholders to support projects and ensure the delivery of cross-departmental projects.

  • Perform market and competitive research together with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Collaboration with the rest of the marketing team on development of annual/quarterly promotional plan in line with the overall brand strategy. 
  • Support with projects related to sponsorship, activations as per the local needs.

Your experience

  • Native Romanian speaker with significant experience in a client-side marketing team collaborating with agencies. 
  • Strong brand marketing, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent understanding of both offline and digital marketing. 
  • Experience working with advertising/creative agencies on advertising asset production. 
  • Experience working with media agencies on media buying strategy & budget management. 
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, dealing with legal constraints limiting marketing and promotions. 
  • Previous experience in and/or a good understanding of the gambling & sports industry would be advantageous. 
  • An interest in sport and/or gambling/entertainment is a must.
