We're looking for a new member to join our Marketing Team to help tell the Unibet brand story in the fast-paced North American (NA) iGaming market. Unibet is backed by the Kindred Group, a global leader in the sports, entertainment, and online gambling space. With $1.5B in revenue in 2020, Kindred and Unibet are all about creating the best sportsbook and online casino apps that are by players, for players. 

Job purpose/summary  

We're seeking a Marketing Manager to continue to drive and execute the local creative direction of the brand and influencer strategy. The right candidate for this position will have experience in both brand governance and influencer campaign management.

Duties and responsibilities  

  • Collaborate closely with creative, brand, and Unibet NA Marketing teams to create marketing assets that drive macro and micro-performance results and further the brand   

  • Drive development of Unibet's influencer strategy, including sourcing talent and end-to-end relationship management  

  • Develop cross-vertical campaign briefs to kickoff internal planning and translate into thorough creative briefs for creative partners  

  • Incorporate performance metrics and product marketing thought into creative briefing and review process   

  • Support other teams within Marketing by reviewing briefs and creative outputs to ensure quality and consistent and effective brand story   

  • Articulate constructive feedback that can be actioned by all creative teams   

  • Manage asset compliance processes with internal and external stakeholders  

  • Review brand research initiatives and ideate ways to incorporate learnings in creative  

  • Monitor competitive landscape and key digital trends to bring fresh ideas to life  

  • Own production calendars to ensure timely and organized asset delivery 

  • Work closely with Jr Marketing Manager to ensure timely and organized asset delivery   

  • Distribute and present creative assets to other teams and departments 

Skills/What have you done? 

  • Gaming experience is not mandatory, but you have the drive to understand our products and customers inside-out 

  • Previous experience in brand marketing with a foundation in key brand elements (input and output) and brand governance 

  • Previous experience managing influencer searches and identifying influencers based on their fit with an established audience strategy 

  • Previous experience in end-to-end influencer relationship management  

  • Previous experience with influencer tools (Julius, Klear, Tagger, IZEA, etc.) 

  • Ability to connect creative performance metrics and feedback to creative briefs and ideation 

  • Ability to operate in and contribute to testing culture 

  • Interest in or previous experience in product marketing 

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing clear and concise presentations 

  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail 

  • Critical and creative thinking skills 

  • Ability to manage projects across verticals 

  • Team player and self-starter; collaborative, proactive and enthusiastic to drive results 

  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practice
