Marketing Communications Coordinator

 

 

The role

Reporting to the CRM Manager (Australia), the Marketing Communications Coordinator (MCC) will support the Australian CRM and Retention Marketing Strategy as defined by the CRM & Marketing Teams. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and central business resources to achieve clearly defined business goals.

 

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize on-site assets with relevant content/copywriting via multiple CMS systems in order to call-to-action the customer base
  • Manage a range of integrated marketing systems, including bonus creation/setup and multi-channel communication tools
  • Write copy and arrange creative material for sport and racing onsite promotions
  • Assist in the execution of ad-hoc promotions within the broader Australian marketing strategy
  • Support wider Marketing Team with racing & sports social media content
  • The role may require Saturday shifts supporting Social Media engagement initiatives and occasional Customer Support inquiries
  • Day-to-day interactions with Customer Support and Product teams
  • The role may require some regular evening and/or morning calls with European colleagues & may require irregular travel.

 

Your experience

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention-to-detail
  • A keen interest in Australian Sports and Racing – experience within the sports/racing or wagering industry is highly desirable, but not required
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills will be essential to the role
  • Planning, scheduling, and analytical abilities as well as strong numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
  • An introductory understanding of CRM/mar-tech systems (CMS and CRM).
