Reporting to: Line Manager
As part of setting up a new organisational structure we are looking for line leads who can help develop our people management practices. The line organisation works as an internal consultancy partner to our Product Teams and has the main responsibility for talent acquisition, development and support.
The position is within our Application Management and Operations department which includes areas such as platform orchestration, automation, infrastructure, networks and databases.
We deliver at a fast pace, adopting Agile methodologies with strong requirements on quality and compliance. Your primary stakeholders will be our engineers, product managers and our IT Production Assurance organisation.
