Line Lead


The role

Are you passionate about people management? Do you love supporting people to develop and grow? If so, we are looking for a Line Lead who can help to further develop our people management practices.

The open position is within Tech and Application Management and Operations (AMO) which manages areas such as platform orchestration, automation, infrastructure, performance, networks and databases. We deliver at a fast pace, adopting agile methodologies with strong focus and requirements around quality, time and compliance.

The line organisation within AMO works as an internal partner to the Product Teams, which means that the primarily focus as a Line Lead is to support the engineers and the great culture within AMO, helping both individuals and the overall organisation. 

Your main stakeholders will be engineers and product managers. In this role you will be managing around 15 engineers and supporting the product teams in which they work within. 


What you will do

  • Run one of our line teams of highly qualified engineers
  • Develop, coach and help people reach their maximum potential through clear targets and coaching 
  • Be responsible for a team of around 15 people
  • Grow a healthy, collaborative culture in line with Kindreds values
  • Be part of a team of Line Leads who continuously evolve culture and organisation
  • Be responsible for the resource planning
  • Play a key role in retaining competence and recruiting top talent
  • Ability to work in a high pace and a high velocity environment
