Junior Brand Manager

About the role

Kindred Group knows what it takes to be a major player in the sports and entertainment industry. As one of the world's largest providers of sports betting and online gaming, Kindred is expanding in the US market via the Unibet brand.

Kindred is seeking an exceptional individual to join the US team in the role of Junior Brand Manager. The individual will support the Marketing team in day to day executions and coordination of assets across a number of channels. Successful individual will help ensure brand consistency across the channels, will be involved in creative process, and various projects across TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, SoMe advertising, as well as Sponsorships, Activations. It is imperative that this person has a take-charge and can-do attitude, has strong social and people skills with the ability to build trust. We are looking for someone friendly, patient, and enthusiastic with a great attention to detail.

The role will involve coordination between the Unibet brand & advertising team in New York and several internal (Unibet HQ in Europe) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies).

What will you be doing?

  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns

  • Analyze competitors, market trends and industry

  • Coordinate brand tracking and monitoring, to aggregate marketing insights and plans

  • Help monitor brand consistency across channels, be a link between brand and product marketing

  • Research MarTech and AdTech tools/vendors, present opportunities within the team.

  • Develop clear briefs for creative assets and copy

  • Support with Sponsorship Activations

  • Assisting Head of Marketing with daily admin and coordination

  • Research markets and study the company's brand

  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities

What have you done?

  • Strong interest in Sports branding

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing clear and concise presentations

  • Good understanding of brand governance and development

  • Team player and self-starter; collaborative, proactive and enthusiastic to drive results

  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices

  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data

  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines

  • Results-driven attitude
