Investor Relations Manager



The role


A new Investor Relations Manager role is created, which is highly analytical and delivery orientated role, focused on delivering the investor relations plan and supporting decision making by producing data and analysis which is intended to crease insights into the capital markets.

The Investor Relations Manager will be supporting in building long-lasting relationships with the investment community and ensuring that Kindred always accurately portray the Company's performance and prospects with consistently applied investment messages and high-quality reporting to the investment community. The Investor Relations Manager will actively gather feedback and information from the investment community and media regarding Kindred and its key competitors and support in providing regular updates and advice to the senior management of the Company.

The Investor Relations Manager will report to the Head of Corporate Development & IR and have also close dialogue and collaboration with the Group Head of Communications


What you will do


  • Assist and coordinate the production of quarterly reports, annual reports, sustainability reports, corporate press releases, investor relations and similar corporate communications in English and Swedish
  • Prepare, design and update presentations and communications materials for investor and analyst meetings, as well as for internal stakeholders
  • Gather and analyze financial information and prepare data-led plans for capital markets communication
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to get a comprehensive understanding of the business to ensure information is appropriately and accurately presented
  • Preparation and ongoing updating of Q&A document
  • Preparation of responses to investors' and analysts' requests for information
  • Collaborate with Group Communications to provide business media with the background they need to put corporate news into context
  • Monitor peer companies' earnings, research reports and market updates
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis on the competitors, including financial metrics and differentiation
  • Gather insight to Senior Management regarding the financial community's perceptions of the company and its actions.
  • Support with investor monitoring and analysis and build a data-led plans and targeting initiatives
  • Support in maintaining and building relationships with investors and analysts and serve as a key point of contact for the investor community together the Head of Corporate Development and IR
  • Update broker consensus and provide analysis against Kindred's forecast
  • Manage the investor relations section on Kindred's website
  • Support in planning and coordinating Investor Relations Events calendar
  • Organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

Your experience


  • An ambitious person with strong drive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
  • A team player with good social skills but must at the same time also be comfortable working independently
  • A person who is not afraid of taking on new challenges and enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead projects and coordination between different departments and stakeholders
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to collect and process large amounts of information
  • Proven financial modelling skills
  • A genuine interest for finance and the equity markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and Swedish
  • A higher degree in Business or Finance with at least 5 years professional experience from working in a capital markets role with regular contact with the stock market, for example within equity research or investment banking ECM or in a publicly listed company with investor relations.
  • Proven experience in project management and ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight time frames
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
