Interim Talent Acquisition Partner (6 Month Contract)


About the role:


Recruiting the best talent in the market is central to achieving Kindred Group's aim of being the number one gaming operator across all markets. We're a team of fifteen people spread across our global businesses and we're now looking to hire an excellent recruiter to help build up our US operation in our New York office.

Part of the global HR team but working on a day-to-day basis with the US Team, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for recruitment (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) across a range of roles for all our teams.

Whilst your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on delivery, you will also have the chance to work on a number of global recruitment and HR related projects, all the while ensuring we have a fast, friendly and fair recruitment process. 


What you will be doing?


  • Supporting the recruitment of a range of roles across the business
  • Partner with managers to support them through the full recruitment life cycle focusing on enabling good selection decisions in a timely fashion
  • Deliver innovative and fresh approaches to candidate sourcing
  • Proactively search for and network with candidates from relevant databases, our own networks, LinkedIn and other forums and channels to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Take part in a range of projects to support local and global Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Build strong relationships with the global Talent and HR teams
  • Ensure our new hires have a smooth and successful onboarding process
  • Act as the link between the US team and the central HR team
  • Manage the relationship with the local HR/Payroll supplier

What you have done?


  • Substantial recruitment experience, some of which ideally would come from an in-house role
  • A background in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual teams needs and the technical specifics of each role
  • Ability to proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, with proven experience of building talent pipelines
  • An understanding of what makes a good onboarding experience and the role it plays a candidate journey
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Able to produce compelling recruitment adverts
  • Understanding of social media (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook) and its importance to support recruitment
  • Understanding of the importance of candidates' cultural fit on top of role fit as a basis for your work
  • Proactive, determined and confident at dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders
