About the role

 

As the interim Head of CRM you will help to define our CRM strategy and implement the changes needed to fully implement this change in strategy while empowering and enabling the team to deliver the Kindred Group multi-channel customer communication and reward strategy.

 

Working with the CRM team and in collaboration across the wider marketing function, this role will play a significant role in planning and delivering a current internally supported programme that looks to implement a new audience management solution, which achieves a journey driven customer interaction tool and the measurement of our campaign performance, having a significant impact on our CRM strategy.

 

Our main expectations for this project::

 

  • To have a clearly defined strategy for CRM and Customer Rewards moving us from event based to behaviour driven 
  • Support in transforming our CRM teams following this strategy from a change management perspective
  • Enable and empower the CRM team of circa 50 individuals who are delivering Kindreds customer communications 
  • Develop a clear strategy and approach for onboarding new starters and developing the capabilities needed for the CRM function
  • Support the delivery and implementation of a new audience management solution, which achieves a journey driven customer interaction tool and the measurement of our campaign performance

 

About you

 

  • An inspirational leader of people
  • Able to lead a transformation of a significant function
  • Highly collaborative with leaders across multiple functions
  • Able to enable and empower managers/team leaders to deliver the work of the function
  • Experienced in developing and defining complex and innovative CRM strategies to a large audience base
  • Experience in the use of sophisticated multi-channel marketing solutions with practical working knowledge of targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers, sequencing and a/b testing
