Interim Head of Content and Social Strategy

As Head of Content Management you'd be responsible for the effective planning, delivery and measurement of content activity across the group, and delivering on the team's vision.

 

This is a six to nine month contract with an emphasis on defining and embedding new ways of working, processes and leading a sizable team through change. The right person will have a significant amount of experience with both people and process transformation. 

 

What you will do

 

This is a transformation focussed contract position with the aim of embedding Kindred's new centralised content team, developing the capabilities of the current team (roughly 50 people), roll out process and work pattern shifts and ensure the content team remain engaged and motivated during a significant period of change.  As Head of Content, you'll have overall responsibility for the following: 

 

  • Responsible for setting strategic direction for the content team
  • Leading, inspiring and motivating the Content department
  • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of key processes utilized by the team and key interfaces to ensure effective delivery of content
  • Design and embed effective frameworks to plan, run and measure content activity across the group
  • Actively identify opportunities to drive our content strategy forward and become innovative

Your experience

 

  • Significant experience leading large functions through change and driving department wide transformations
  • History of reviewing and embedding ways of working, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience driving the content strategy and delivery for a large, consumer focussed business
