About the role

We are looking for HR Analyst who has an analytical mindset and natural flair for systems. You will need to have proven data analysis experience and be someone who can drive improvements throughout the business and be forward thinking, focusing on outputs and metrics.

What you will do

The successful candidate must have strong advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint and the people skills to effectively engage with staff at all levels across the business. You could be a HR or Data analyst or you could be a HR generalist with a passion for data and metrics. Either way you will be systems savvy, competent in use of other Microsoft packages with experience of producing reports with graphs and charts

This is a broad and unique position that will certainly allow you to develop and expand your skill in the field of HRIS.

  • Producing monthly and quarterly metrics pack for the business and develop data into meaningful stories to provide further metrics and insights.
  • Fulfil any data requests for Workday and other HR data sources
  • Provide support on data dependant projects for HR
  • Support team with the creation of new reports and changes to any existing ones.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide and support efficient solutions.
  • Identify, recommend and track opportunities for process and operational improvements with a focus on creating as much automation as possible
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics tool

How will success be measured in this role

  • Delivery of metrics pack on time to all stakeholders
  • Effectiveness of HR ticketing system
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant trainings and other compliance activities related to the role to support the delivery for sustainable and responsible growth
  • Acting in line with Kindred's values at all times

 

Your experience

  • Strong advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Workday reporting and analytics knowledge
  • Experience within HR preferred
