Job Purpose/Summary


Head of Digital US will be responsible for developing, executing and analyzing digital marketing strategies covering owned, earned and paid media, with intent of driving traffic and revenue. This role will work alongside Head of Brand Marketing, Head of Partnerships and Head of CRM teams. The role will hold full ownership of lower acquisition funnel and will be a key stakeholder in decisions concerning upper funnel investment in the US.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage multi-million-dollar budget across paid search, display, Social, Email, CRM and affiliate campaigns across channels and ensure state and channel specific targets are met.
  • Manage communication/relationship between multiple stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
  • Work with Marketing Intelligence team to ensure the right level of support and reporting needed to invest marketing budget efficiently and reach the business goals.
  • Work alongside other key budget stakeholders to build and execute an effective and efficient acquisition campaign across multiple US states.
  • Work alongside other key media & partnerships stakeholders to maximize the value of each deal through digital touchpoints (re-targeting, tracking etc.)
  • Work alongside Brand Marketing team to ensure all assets and content used in digital campaigns are efficient and adhering to the best practices of each channel, including extensive creative testing.
  • Be a strong and passionate story-teller, able to share the strategy, successes and failures to the upper management.
  • Perceived as a leader & expert in digital marketing within internal teams & external partners

What have you done?


  • Seasoned consumer brand marketer with 6+ years of relevant professional experience; with minimum of 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing large scale marketing budgets with effective returns and traffic growth.
  • Results oriented with P&L ownership mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with, consult with and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to convey and connect both technical concepts and business context.
  • Stays current on evolving media trends, technology, and opportunities and works with partners and stakeholders to bring new activities to life.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance and form strong, productive partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen within sports/entertainment industry and strategic marketing skills.
