Global Affiliates Manager


The role


As a global affiliate manager, your role within Kindred Group is critical to the success of the Affiliate Programme. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Global Affiliate Portfolio, driving them to reach and exceed agreed KPIs.  You will identify and address any issues with these accounts and be vigilant to any and all new opportunities, working collaboratively with other members of the Affiliate Team and the Key Accounts and Global Team Lead.

Doing so successfully will ensure that the Kindred Affiliates program leads the way in terms of performance, reputation and integrity within Kindred Group and the online gambling affiliate space.


What you will do


  • Help manage and expand the existing group of Global Affiliates for all Kindred Group brands
  • Regularly review affiliate acquisition and marketing spend from these accounts to ensure they are on track against agreed KPIs. Where they are not, you will take corrective action to address this
  • Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns for your Global Portfolio
  • Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns and present the findings in weekly or monthly meetings with the Key Accounts and Global Team Lead and other members of Kindred Group as required
  • Offer local, relevant and engaging product offers to our Global Affiliates
  • Carry out full review of which Brands are live with which Affiliates, how our promotional material is used and where needed take action to improve it
  • Oversee the monthly payment process for your Global accounts, providing feedback on poorly performing accounts and agreeing corrective actions where necessary with the Key Accounts and Global Team Lead
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all Global Affiliates activity to the Key Accounts and Global Team Lead and other key stakeholders, as required
  • Contribute to projects that improve existing processes and help drive innovation within the affiliate program
  • Collaborate with all Affiliate Team members to ensure local best practice approaches are implemented globally
  • Identify new business and work on growing your affiliate portfolio
  • Work closely with the following roles and teams:
  • Marketing Communications Manager to create email and social media communication plans that engage and delight our Key Account affiliate partners
  • Local Country teams to ensure all members are kept up to date with affiliate activities and that you are fully aware of what other acquisition and retention activity is happening in your region
  • Marketing Intelligence to optimise affiliate marketing performance and investment
  • Product Marketing teams to spread the word about our latest and greatest product features
  • Any other Kindred Group teams as and when required by the nature of your role
  • Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business
  • Perform market and competitor program research as required
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently


Your Experience:


  • Good knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
  • Online marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); numerate with an understanding of cost control
  • Good sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A working understanding of the online gaming industry
  • Native level English-language skills
  • College/University degree is preferable
  • Gambling industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
