Kindred Group is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to support its growth and adapt to increasingly complex compliance requirements. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Gaming Product Compliance.

As a Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the internal compliance processes related to the products offered in regulated/re-regulated markets. You will also support the strategic planning and execution of market entry/regulatory projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, such as Business Delivery, Marketing Operations, Customer Service, Kindred Tech, and external suppliers and regulators.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong knowledge of gaming products and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You also need to be proactive, analytical, and adaptable to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.


What you will do

  • Support market entry/regulatory projects from a strategic point of view and contribute to the agenda for entering/obtaining licenses for new regulated markets.

  • Leverage the Product Compliance information system to support Compliance Management, securing an efficient data strategy design and implementation, with a specific focus on Product Compliance aspects.

  • Support internal/external Product Compliance processes design and optimization.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and new requirements, assessing their impact on existing processes and proposing relevant strategic revisions/new implementation.

  • Take ownership and responsibility for Audit processes design, preparation, coordination, and supervision.

  • Become the internal expert for products offered in regulated/re-regulated markets and ensure that the related information is communicated effectively throughout the organization.

  • Collaborate and interact with Business Delivery teams, LeCoR, Marketing Operations, Player Safety, Fraud, Commercial, CRM, Customer Service, Kindred Tech, third-party suppliers, external regulatory stakeholders, and/or gaming regulators.

  • Successful strategic support and coordination of Product Compliance related tasks, processes and projects.

  • Activation of new/existing suppliers in the regulated markets.

  • Successful support and improvement of strategies to enhance the Time to Market of the authorization processes for suppliers/products/titles in regulated markets.


Your experience

  • Positive, proactive, and always enthusiastic in finding simple solutions to complex problems.

  • Ability to comprehend, communicate, and implement jurisdictional regulations, notably the ability to translate legal and operational requirements into pragmatic solutions around product operations and certification processes.

  • Ability to compose/review detailed, concise, and accurate documents, both in terms of internal reporting as well as liaising with external regulatory stakeholders, third-party providers, and/or gaming regulators

  • Ability to review operational areas, establish facts, draw conclusions, efficient reporting, and formulate effective & pragmatic solutions within an operational context.

  • Great interpersonal & communication skills, notably ability to present findings and solutions.

  • Good at building relationships both externally and internally.

  • Working knowledge or exposure to gaming regulations, audit principles, internal controls, investigation techniques, and quality control.

  • A high level of English, both spoken and written is a must in this position. Any additional language is considered a plus.
