Funds Security Analyst



The role


The Player Safety team focuses on preventing illicit gambling activities. We use state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that our products offer our customers a safe gambling environment.
Broadly speaking, as a player safety analyst you will be happy to work in a friendly team to handle accounts and ensure that customers' withdrawals are processed correctly and in time. You'll also anticipate issues that could cause exposure to fraud.



What you will do


  • Independently determine fraudulent activity and act in accordance with agreed procedures regarding transaction acceptance, account blocking and other checks
  • Proactively and reactively conduct analysis of transactions and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to fraudulent activity
  • Investigate suspicious alerts (internal & external) with analysis and follow-up
  • Monitor possible money laundering transactions and communicate any suspicions to the respective department
  • Perform random checks on customers and request the relevant KYC documents
  • Suggest improvements to internal tools and procedures with the aim of developing our knowledge base
  • Act as a source of consultation for tool and software development
  • Process incoming and outgoing customer payments in a timely, accurate manner
  • Follow up customer queries and any fraud or payment-related issues
  • Deal with customers and keep records as well as other tasks set out by your line manager

Your experience


  • Personal qualities must include: eye for detail, accuracy, discretion, an analytical approach to problems, good communication skills, numeracy and computer literacy
  • Ability to work to a flexible work schedule, which can include evenings and weekends
  • Excellent English both written and verbal
