Digital Performance Manager

Unibet Australia is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Performance Manager to take our Biddable Media (Programmatic, PPC, Social Acquisition, Mobile App, video and SEO) to the next level. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business to our owned assets through innovative techniques and strategies across paid, owned and earned media. Our diverse industry will provide you a constant variety of interesting and challenging work that will require you to bring your “A” game every day. The position will report directly to the Digital Manager and work closely, both on a global and local level, with our executive, marketing, and technical teams to refine Biddable advertising strategies, acquisition strategies and conversion optimisation to maximise acquisitions and customer lifetime value. 

 

This is a full-time fixed term contract for a 12 month Maternity leave cover commencing first week of August 2019.

 

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Pay-Per-Click
  • New keyword development and testing
  • Monitor and analyse campaigns to meet acquisitions & revenue goals
  • Strong focus on KPIs and optimising the performance
  • Developing and testing plans, implementing new strategies and measuring the results

 

  • Social Media Acquisition
  • New creative and copy testing
  • Monitor, test and analyse campaign performance
  • Optimise to meet acquisitions & revenue goals
  • Strong focus on KPI

 

  • Programmatic Display Advertising
  • Driving the creative strategy
  • Trafficking campaigns
  • Track, monitor and analyse campaign data
  • Strong focus on KPIs and optimising the performance to meet acquisitions & revenue goals

 

  • Mobile App Acquisition
  • Testing new channels
  • ASO optimisation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance
  • Optimise to meet acquisitions & revenue goals
  • Strong focus on KPIs

 

  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Competitive & market analysis
  • Monitor and analyse ranking reports and acquisition performance
  • Master the fundamentals - page titles, metatags, headers, URL structure, link anchor text
  • Experience with articulating and communicating the impact that technical structure, design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, performance, and functionality have on SEO is required

 

  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborating with the Marketing & IT Teams to drive a unified consumer experience
  • A/B testing of page designs to maximise conversions 
  • Overall focus
  • Build and maintain a close relationship with central stakeholders in Europe
  • Drive efficiency across all biddable media channels working in harmony
  • Accurately track and confidently report on the performance data to a broad range of stakeholders

 

  • Strong focus on acquisition and revenue KPIs
  • Work closely together with the retention team to maximise life-time customer value
  • Work closely together with brand team to build brand awareness and recognition
  • Help create a culture of data-driven decision-making based on customer behaviours
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • A strong analytical skillset

 

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

  • Demonstrable 3+ years' experience leading and managing SEM, Social Media, programmatic display and/or SEO campaigns
  • Sufficient on SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Solid experience using Social Media marketing tools (Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Fluent in tracking & analytics (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, AdForm, Double Click Manager)
  • Naturally data driven - understanding, formatting and analysing data (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Datorama)
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development
