Digital Acquisition/Marketing Specialist



The role

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist based in our office in Paris. Reporting to the Acquisition and CRM Manager, your challenge will be to amplify our acquisition (first on social ads : Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads and then on other channels) for the UNIBET brand in France.


What you will do

  • Guarantee quality acquisition of traffic/customers at controlled cost
  • Define, implement and optimize our brand awareness and acquisition campaigns on social ads networks and other digital channels
  • Always be up-to-date on Ad platforms innovations and eager to expand/nurture acquisition strategy by experimenting new channels/campaigns types/customer path/tactics
  • Strong ability to identify/assess effectiveness of campaigns and efficient management of online budgets through performance KPI's. Be at ease with Ad platforms, mobile attribution and analytics tools is imperative
  • Ensure the diffusion of Unibet Ads in a compliant way to the good target
  • Planning and publishing Ads in line with calendars, priorities and marketing plans
  • Capacity to build reports and communicate results
  • Project management with external providers (agencies, account managers, etc…) and internal stakeholder (graphic designer, developers, customer support, etc…) to develop a seasonal strategy, deliver up-to-date & relevant Ads, challenge recommendations


Your experience

  • A Degree in Marketing, Communication or Engineering
  • Native level French language and professional level English language skills
  • Circa two/three  years' experience in digital marketing/growth or a similar role with proven track record of managing, creating & building campaigns across digital channels (especially on Facebook & Snapchat Ads)
  • Digital/web agency experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills with strong attention to details
  • Thorough understanding of analytics, tracking and advertising space
  • Proven skills in using the following tools: Microsoft Office suite, Appsflyer (or Adjust), Amplitude (or Mixpanel, Google Analytics), Segment, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven skills in using the following Ad platforms: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter Ads, Programmatic (ex: Google DV360)
  • A good understanding of the online gambling industry and a genuine interest into sports betting/sports
  • An ability to think creatively and be pro-active about coming up with ideas and new ways of working. Not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Autonomous and organized to prioritize and deliver quality work on time
  • Team player to collaborate and share knowledge inside a team of four people
