The role

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Executive base in our office in Paris. Reporting to the Acquisition & CRM Manager, your challenge will be to own our user acquisition activities on mobile (first on social ads : Facebook/Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads & then on other channels) for the UNIBET brand in France.

 

What you will do :

  • Define, implement and optimize Brand Awareness and Performance mobile campaigns for our brand on all channels (Social media, Search, Programmatic, ASA/ASO, etc…) in line with the right target and according to schedules, priorities and marketing plans. 

  • Maximize the performance of mobile campaigns in line with the objectives set (reach, traffic generation, cost of acquisition/ROAS). 

  • Budget management and optimization according to the various channels chosen. 

  • Ensure tracking is up-to-date (MMP and Ad Platforms) and provide areas of improvement. 

  • Capacity to build reports and communicate results.  

  • Coordination with external service providers (agencies, account managers, etc.) and internal stakeholders (product team, graphic designer, developers, customer support, etc.) to develop a seasonal strategy, deliver relevant and up-to-date ads, challenge recommendations. 

  • Always be up to date on Ad platforms innovations and eager to expand/nurture acquisition strategy by experimenting new channels/campaigns types/customer path/tactics 

 

Your experience:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Communication or Engineering 

  • 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing/growth or a similar role with proven track record of managing, creating & building campaigns across digital channels in the mobile industry. Digital/web agency experience is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Apple Search Ads, etc…) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc…) 

  • A good understanding of the online gambling industry and a genuine interest into sports betting 

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and take data-driven decisions. At ease with Excel. 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize a variety of projects and work autonomously under deadlines. 

  • An ability to think creatively and be pro-active about coming up with ideas and new ways of working. Not afraid to challenge the status quo. 

  • Team player to collaborate and share knowledge inside a team of four people. 

  • Native level French language and professional level English language skills
