The customer base manager role for Belgium is a central role in the Customer Base Management department which establish the horizontal customer retention strategy for Kindred Group. The aim of this role is to develop and lead a tailored country base communication road map to engage and retain customers in Belgium across Unibet.
The overall objective is to build a marketing retention strategy that will take into consideration the local objectives, challenges and habits of the market. You will work in collaboration with all the main marketing stakeholders such as country team, product marketing team, campaign operations team and customer analytics team.
