The Role

The 32Red CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery and management of UK-facing casino campaigns and promotional activity, with a core focus on commercial performance, customer experience and bonus efficiency.



Through an expert understanding of the brand/customer/product, manage the day-to-day delivery and execution of all CRM Casino promotional activity for the 32Red brand, optimising both customer engagement and value, whilst ensuring that all campaign activity remains aligned with both commercial objectives and all relevant regulations.

 

What will you do:

  • Manage a CRM Squad in the operational delivery and optimisation of a comprehensive and effective communication and reward strategy
  • Seek to innovate and engage various customer cohorts across multiple channels including e-mail, direct mail, SMS, onsite/mobile messaging, loyalty programme(s) and other activity streams as required
  • Ensure consistent delivery and follow best practice/brand guidelines to ensure that all customer-facing content is fully compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Quality control - proofing CRM campaigns (promotional pages, emails, onsite messaging, bonus configuration, etc.), ensuring that quality standards are met, and supporting with configuration/execution where necessary
  • Own the customer churn model to reduce the number of lapsing players
  • Control reward budget for all player segments ensuring that customers' next best action is identified and incentivised (at an appropriate level), supported and driven by first-class player communications
  • Implement test & learn plans to develop rich and dynamic content, designed to personalise the customer experience ensuring maximum operational efficiency and commercial impact
  • Analyse campaign and promotional performance to identify opportunities for growth/pre-empt any potential operational challenges
  • Responsible for 2 direct reports, overseeing team administration and leading on monthly and quarterly reviews, setting OKRs and managing individual performance
